We are incredibly excited to announce our merger with Arctic Black, an agency that shares our commitment, passion and vision for the future of branding and communications.
This is a very exciting and positive move for both companies and as importantly, our valued clients.
What does this mean for you?
Business as usual, so you can relax, however we will now offer an enhanced service with the backing of a collective 85 years experience in the design, advertising and marketing industry.
The new ThoughtCapital will be driven by James Hemphill, Ben Truter and Herman Truter. Until now, Ben and Herman have owner-managed the Arctic Black communications agency, having previously partnered in the successful Black Khaki Advertising company. James Hemphill has been running what is now the ThoughtCapital studio since 1993. All three principals have always been early adopters, and have ensured that their various ventures have been in touch with, and have implemented, the latest technical and technological advances.
This is a merger of two successful and very compatible entities.
“Ben, Herman and I have complimentary skill sets, and we realized we could work well together,” says James. “We began collaborating very effecticely in the past and it quickly became evident that this would be a good partnership and would strengthen our similar aims and ideals on doing business.”
The focus of the business will reinforce its strong branding offering with more strategic input, particularly in the digital area, with a greater focus on client service through more efficient systems-driven project and account management. All with the aim of transferring our clients into the new age of advertising, promotions and marketing.
We will now operate as ThoughtCapital (Pty) Ltd out of our offices in Parkhurst so pop in for a coffee and a chat and get a taste of the enjoyment we derive from the creative, digital and marketing processes.
